My daughter’s father was transferred from Fox Chase with pancreatic cancer being winning. I picked this place because of how close it is to my residence and I never regretted after a month.
First I’ve talked on the phone was Sharon who was detailed, calming and professional.
She put my worries to rest and next day I went and met her in person. The front desk was nicely designed with spacious waiting area. Sharon explained to me how to find a room.
At the nurses desk I’ve met Rickiya who walked me to the nurses supervisor Sharon and we had a lengthy conversation while Sharon was doing 3 different tasks she kept me informed about what is going to be happening.
Next day me and my daughter met Trisha the social worker and Sam the physical therapy manager and discussed detailed of the future treatments etc. We felt pretty calm after speaking with both ladies.
Then we’ve met nurses manager Cat and she was ‘love me’ person and we spent tons of time talking and she seemed highly knowledgeable and so professional that she kept informing my daughter of her father’s condition even on her day off.
Then we’ve met Tasha who is a nurse you want to have around. She is nice but serious and funny but professional. Rare combination. 😀
We also met an admin Ziva who told us a lot about the facility and how Garden Spring is improving day by day and we agreed wholeheartedly. She haven’t rushed out and stayed with us enough time until we had no questions.
Then Claudette and Brie came to thanks my daughter for the review I didn’t know she wrote and it was so family like and felt warm.
They saw me crunching up on the empty bed and brought me linens because we were staying for a day…
I want to apologize to everyone I haven’t mentioned in this review. Lady who brought lunch asked us if we were hungry or if we need water. It was lovely and caring.
Those who will have doubts about Garden Spring please don’t. You’ll be in good hands. And thanks to everyone. Wishing you to keep this team together for a loooong time!

Spring Garden Nursing Home has a new look!
They’re really trying hard to improve their reputation. My friend is very happy with the staff. He never complained about anyone mistreating him. He said they treat him very kind and with respect. All the staff have been very polite to me whenever I visit.

I didn't like it then but I'm learned a lot and I wish they all could see me now,..I miss them especially Sinna ,,she knew how to deal with me she is Great,
So far my experience has been good my mother in-law is staying here on hospice care while I'm there i notice they check on her often.
One of the best nursing & rehab centers around! Won’t regret sending your loved one here! ❤️

Visited my friend at the facility and he was content and well attended to. Enjoys the staff. The place was clean, well kept with good lighting. Thought the pictures along the hallways added a cheerful touch. The staff at the entrance were informative and friendly. Keep up the good work!
